Refunds & Cancellations Policy:
Orders can only be refunded if there is a valid and verifiable reason. Acceptable reasons include items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it can no longer be canceled, modified, or refunded. At that stage, the order is considered final, as handling and shipping have already been completed.
